1. It is well known to spread bacterial fertilizer on the ground. Ultraviolet rays (wavelength 240-280nm) have strong bactericidal effect or strong bactericidal effect on microbial bacteria. Generally speaking, ultraviolet rays can obtain bactericidal effect within a few seconds. Therefore, please try to avoid applying bacterial fertilizer when the sun is strong. We apply it every morning, evening or cloudy day. Bacterial fertilizer contains active bacteria, the application must be buried in the soil, (except for liquids) should not be sprayed on the surface, usually 10-20 deep.

2. Apply bacterial fertilizer under the conditions of high temperature drying and sub-zero temperature.

When applying bacterial fertilizer, the ground temperature is usually kept at 5 to 35 for application. The strains below 5 cannot be fermented and propagated. The strains above 35 may be burned to death. The soil moisture is preferably about 60%.

3. Many growers who mix bacterial manure and unrotten farmyard manure will apply bacterial manure and farmyard manure together when applying base fertilizer to crops. However, if we accidentally apply unrotten farmyard manure, its bacterial manure will be killed by unrotten farmyard manure, because unrotten farmyard manure will release high temperature in the process of continuous corruption, while high temperature will kill microorganisms, if the bacterial fertilizer contains high temperature resistant bacteria, part of the bacteria will be inactivated and the effect will be greatly reduced.

4, bacterial fertilizer and pesticide, in order to prevent live bacteria from being killed, bacterial fertilizer must not be mixed with fungicide and high concentration fertilizer solution. In addition, it cannot be mixed with strong alkali plant ash, because these drugs and fertilizers are easy to kill microbial bacteria. When applying bacterial fertilizer, if there is any contradiction between bacterial fertilizer and disease prevention and weeding, it is better to wait for the validity period of the pesticide before using bacterial fertilizer. When mixing seeds, do not mix with seeds mixed with fungicides.

5. Microbial bacteria applied to soil with low fertility should survive and reproduce. If there is no organic matter in the soil, it is useless to apply microbial fertilizer, because bacteria will not survive. Therefore, we cannot just apply bacterial fertilizer. First, add rotten farmyard manure or organic fertilizer to increase the organic matter in the soil, drip irrigation or add bonus to 2 bags per mu, and then cooperate with bacterial fertilizer application to improve soil fertility, improve the effect of bacterial fertilizer.

6. Bacterial fertilizer exposed to the air for a long time sometimes cannot be used up after the bag is decomposed because we have bought too much bacterial fertilizer, but the bag is not tied firmly. If we do not use it for a long time, other miscellaneous bacteria will invade the bag. When we re-apply it, the bacteria in the microbial fertilizer may have been contaminated or inactivated by miscellaneous bacteria, and the effect must not be good.
